High-Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery Cells of Panasonic

Panasonic announced the launch of two new developments in diameter 18650 type (18 mm, 65 mm high) high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, for notebook computers and environmentally battery for laptop  friendly energy technologies.The company’s ability to drive 18650 battery, by improving the electrode material, these materials are widely used in mobile computers. The newly developed high-capacity 3.4 and 4.0 A A lithium-ion battery can provide a better nickel-based cathode, and 4.0 Ah battery, rather than the carbon anode.

The two batteries will not only extend the working hours of the notebook computer, and electricity, in a module.Panasonic is currently testing the battery module,from a number of pieces of the construction of 18650 batteries.When using the module, the new battery can also serve as a high-energy,clean energy technologies, including home photovoltaic power generation systems and fuel cell storage systems.
